"We were so lucky to find Shaun when we were looking for a wedding photographer. First and foremost, Shaun's work is immaculate. He has an amazing ability to capture the mood on film and has an eye for the tiniest detail. Shaun delighted us with an album that told the story of our day, building up from the nervous groom to the tear in dad's eye and the grins on our happy faces as we walked out of the church.
Shaun worked tirelessly both on the day and in the lead up to our wedding. A week before the wedding Shaun had taken himself off to meet with the priest, checking out the best angles in the church and working with the priest to get an understanding of the ceremony proceedings. Then Shaun found an amazing beach, a cobbled alleyway and lush garden all within minutes of the reception venue for bridal party photos. And for the icing on the cake (you'll love this), Shaun found out the precise time that the sun would set on our wedding evening and stayed at the reception centre taking photos of every guest until that precise moment when he could capture us against the staggering backdrop of a blazing pink and purple sky.
Within a guaranteed six weeks of the wedding day and after numerous hours of post-production, Shaun presented us with a bound album, an enlarged framed photograph, over 500 post-production digital photos on CD and a fabulous 'slide show' dvd showing wedding highlights to beautiful music (the mums loved that one!).
What more could you want from your wedding photographer? Shaun is friendly, approachable, reliable and incredibly talented. We couldn't recommend him highly enough!

"My husband and i got married at the end of November last year, and our wedding photos from Image Eight truly represented how much fun we had, how special and memorable it was and how amazing we felt. Shaun was simply fantastic throughout the whole process... when we booked him at the start of the year, we were really impressed with how prepared he was, how much thought had gone into it and how experienced he is. Leading up to and on our wedding day, Shaun was always approachable, very friendly and relaxed and got the important shots without being intrusive - we barely noticed he was there! Thank you so much for our wonderful photos. Danielle and I are rapt with how you have captured our special day. From our first introduction to your work to the completion of our album, DVD and blow-ups you have been a marvel. The two of us and our guests were put at ease with your unobtrusive nature and this is reflected in the quality and “candidness” of the photos. Many of our guests have also commented on how polite you were while moving around both the ceremony and reception and all of us in the wedding party felt extremely comfortable with your direction in the set up photos.
As for the photos, the emotion and elation of the day jumps of the paper from your beautifully crafted images. You have a fantastic creative eye and technical competence to pull off world-class photography, Danielle and I could not be more impressed. I will never grow tired of looking through our album as it brings back so many brilliant memories.

Shaun's professionalism and easy going nature made us feel at ease throughout the whole wedding process. On the day, Shaun was attentive to our every need and no request was too big. The album and DVD after the event - Wow! Shaun was our quality photographer for our wedding in 2001.
Not only did he take the most natural photos we have come across but we were unaware of his presence for the majority of the day.
His professionalism helped make the day stress free, relaxed, orderly and most of all a lot of fun.
Co-ordinating over 100 guests to stand in front of the church for a group photo in less than 5 minutes was a great skill.
